Refund Policy – PrimrIQ AI Services LLP

At PrimrIQ AI Services LLP, student experience is our highest priority. We strive to deliver a seamless and enriching learning journey through our programs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our programs.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A student may request a refund of the program fees by sending an email to info@primr.in within 7 days from the date of the Cohort Onboarding Session or the first class of the respective program (“Refund Window”).

• The Refund Window is applicable only once for each program.
  
  

• A pause, rescheduling, or change in the program does not trigger a new Refund Window.
  
  

• A Refund Processing Fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  
  

2. Ineligibility for Refund

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• The Refund Window has expired.
  
  

• The student has opted for NBFC-financed payment plans (no refund provision applies).
  
  

• The program is to be transferred to another student (transfers are not allowed).
  
  

• Dissatisfaction with the program after the Refund Window.
  
  

• Lack of usage of the program resources.
  
  

3. Demo & Masterclass Sessions

Before enrollment, students can attend free demo/masterclass sessions to evaluate the quality and relevance of the program. By proceeding with payment, the student acknowledges that they are satisfied with the program and have enrolled voluntarily.

4. Finality of Payment

All purchases and payments on PrimrIQ AI Services LLP are deemed final after the Refund Window closes. Once the fee is deposited and the Refund Window has lapsed, no refund or fee transfer will be entertained under any circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will only be processed to a bank account via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS or any other mode deemed suitable by PrimrIQ AI Services LLP.
  
  

• We may require supporting documents (including a cancelled cheque) to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
  
  

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents.
  
  

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to this agreement or the program shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Law Courts of Uttar Pradesh.

7. Policy Changes

PrimrIQ AI Services LLP reserves the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
